Before submitting a request to close your account, it is very important to ensure there are no fiat or crypto balances in your account. Please ensure that you have withdrawn all assets/currencies from your account. If you have an account balance of 50 EUR/equivalent or more, please contact our 24/7 live Customer Support team via email at hello@coinmetro.
How to close your account
You can easily submit a request to close your Coinmetro account from your Account Settings.

Click on either the menu icon (the colored circle with your initials in the upper right-hand corner) or the sidebar on the left-hand side of your Coinmetro Dashboard, then click on Account. |

Now, from the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see 'Close Account'. Simply click on 'Close My Account' to submit your request.
Don't worry if you still have bonds/equities in your Coinmetro account - this is simply mirrored from the Ignium platform. You will still have ownership of these bonds/equities despite your Coinmetro account being closed.
Your account closure request should be resolved within 30 days of receipt.
