When it comes to depositing GBP via Faster Payments, or EUR via SEPA, it is vital that you add the bank account details from the sending bank account onto your deposit form. This will allow our finance team to assign the funds to your Coinmetro account without delays.
There are different methods to link your bank details, depending on whether you're using a desktop or the mobile app.
How to Link Your Bank Details on a Desktop or Browser
- Head over to your Coinmetro Dashboard and select the Add Cash option, or if you're using the Coinmetro app tap on Deposit, then Add Cash.

From here, select the currency you plan to deposit.

Click on "Change", and then select "Bank Transfer".

For EUR SEPA Deposits
Select the SEPA Bank Transfer option. Then, link your IBAN to your Coinmetro account by selecting "Link New IBAN".
For GBP Faster Payments Deposits
Link your bank details to your Coinmetro account by selecting "Add new bank account".
After entering your bank details, select "Continue" to successfully link them to your account.
How to Link Your Bank Details on the Mobile App
Linking your bank details on the Mobile app can be done using two different methods:
Linking via Account Settings

From the Home screen, tap on your user avatar in the upper right-hand corner. This will take you to your Account Settings.

Tap on "Payment Methods".

Scroll down until you find your Linked Banks and tap on "Link".
- Enter your bank details and press "Continue" to link them to your Coinmetro account.

FAQ
Can I add bank details for multiple bank accounts?
Yes, as long as all bank accounts are yours and are under your name, you can add additional bank details by following the same steps above.
What if I have made a deposit without adding my bank details?
If you have already made a deposit but haven't linked your bank details yet, please add them immediately by following the steps above and let our Support team know once you have done so. We'll then let our finance team know and ensure the funds are credited to your account.
