When it comes to depositing GBP via Faster Payments, or EUR via SEPA, it is vital that you add the bank account details from the sending bank account onto your deposit form. This will allow our finance team to assign the funds to your Coinmetro account without delays.
How to Add Your Bank Details
Firstly, you'll need to head over to your Coinmetro Dashboard. Then, click on either "Deposit" or "Add Cash" depending on which version of Coinmetro you are using:
On Desktop or Browser
On the Mobile App
Adding an IBAN (EUR SEPA)
Click on the EUR SEPA deposit method from the dropdown list. Then, underneath My Linked IBANs, enter your IBAN, click "Continue" and then "Confirm" to save.
Adding a Sort Code and Account Number (GBP Faster Payments)
Select the GBP Faster Payments option from the dropdown list. Then, underneath My Linked Bank Accounts, enter your sort code and account number, click "Continue" and then "Confirm" to save.
Can I add bank details for multiple bank accounts?
Yes, as long as both of those accounts are yours and are in your name.
If you have previously made a deposit from a different bank account, open the deposit form and underneath My Linked IBANs/Bank Accounts, click on the '+' symbol, then enter your IBAN/sort code and account number. Click the Continue button and then Confirm to save.
What if I have already deposited and forgot to add my bank details?
If you have made already made a deposit and have not entered your bank details, please add them immediately and let our Support team know once you have done so. We can then let our finance team know, and ensure the team credit the funds to you. Add Your Bank Details
