On a Browser/Desktop
Simply head to the bottom of any Coinmetro page (excluding Exchange, Margin, and Copy Trading), and select 'Help Center' underneath the Support section. Now, search for your issue and you may find your answer in one of our Help Center articles.
On the Mobile App
From the Home screen, tap on the Menu (the 3 lines) icon at the top left of the screen. From here, tap on Help Center.

You can also contact our amazing live Customer Support team—they are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You can contact our Customer Support team in a few different ways depending on if you are logged into your account or not:
Contacting us on a Desktop or Browser
Logged out
From the Coinmetro homepage, click on the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. You don't need to be logged into an account to start a chat with this method.
Logged in
if you're logged into your account, from your Coinmetro Dashboard, click on your profile icon (your initials) in the top-right corner. Then, from the dropdown menu click on "Support & FAQ". From here you can start a chat with one of our Customer Support Specialists.
Contacting us on the Mobile app
From the Home screen, tap on the Menu icon at the top of the screen. From here, tap on Contact Support.
