If your cryptocurrency deposit has not arrived in your Coinmetro account after the given timeframe, please make sure of the following:

Please make sure that the cryptoasset deposited is supported on Coinmetro. You can find our list of all of our supported assets here. If you have deposited an asset that is not supported by us, please contact customer support. Please note that fund retrieval will not be possible in some cases.

Please check that the transaction has reached the required amount of confirmations (if applicable) and has been completed on the network. You can find a full list of our expected deposit times and confirmations required here.

Make sure the transaction was successful and has been completed on the sending wallet/exchange's side. Your funds may not have arrived because the sending wallet or exchange may still be processing your transaction, or may have rejected it without your knowledge.
- Please make sure that you have deposited your cryptocurrency token to the correct wallet address. If you have deposited with an incorrect or missing address, tag, or memo, please contact support for assistance. Please note that fund retrieval will not be possible in some cases.
- Always make sure you use sufficient gas to fund the transaction to the wallet address.

Make sure your Coinmetro account is fully verified. You can check the status of your verification here. As we are licensed and regulated, all Coinmetro users must have a fully verified account before they can initiate transactions.
