Important Notice for Non-EEA-Issued Cards
Unfortunately, due to some recent changes with our credit and debit card payment provider, we are currently experiencing a temporary issue with card deposits made from cards that were issued in a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
We would like to assure you that this issue is being worked on in the meantime, and our priority right now is enabling card deposits for cards issued outside of the EEA again as soon as we possibly can.
In the meantime, if your card was issued outside of the EEA you can still make a EUR or GBP deposit using the bank transfer method and also benefit from lower transaction fees. How can I deposit by bank transfer?
