What can I do if I forgot to sign up using an affiliate link?

If you have created a Coinmetro account within the past 3 days and forgot to sign up using an affiliate link, please can contact us via 24/7 live chat or via email at hello@coinmetro.com, asking to be attached to the affiliate either by username or registered email.

So that we can proceed with your request immediately, we kindly ask you to please provide us with one of the following, as this will help us identify the affiliate:

• The affiliate's referral link

• The affiliate's username.

Once we have this information, we can connect the accounts within 24 hours.

Please note that we cannot assign referrals at the request of an affiliate. The referral must make the request. Please also note that an exception can be made by Coinmetro if the referral has signed up within the last 3 days only. Those who signed up more than 3 days ago unfortunately cannot be considered.
