How long does Profile Verification take?

At the moment, it usually takes no longer than 24 hours for our team to review your profile verification documents; however, sometimes this may take a little longer if we are experiencing a high volume of sign-ups.

Please note that if you are requested to submit additional documents such as Source of Wealth or Address Verification, this can sometimes take up to 48 hours for the team to review your documents.
