🏦 How to Deposit EUR via Bank Transfer
1. After selecting EUR as your currency, click on "Change", and then select "Bank Transfer". You will then need to select either SEPA Bank Transfer or SWIFT depending on your region.
Depositing EUR by SEPA Bank TransferIf you are located within a SEPA zone, you can choose the EUR - SEPA Bank Transfer option. Make sure your bank details have been linked to your Coinmetro account by selecting "Link New IBAN". We need to link your details so that we can match incoming funds to your Coinmetro account without delays. Fiat deposits made to accounts where bank details have not been added may take longer to be assigned.
You will now be presented with Coinmetro's bank details. You now need to send your funds from your banking app or online banking account to these details. This information can be entered in seconds by clicking on the Copy symbol pictured below, and then by pasting the information into your banking app. Once the payment has been sent, click on "I've Sent the Funds". The funds will arrive in your Coinmetro account within the timeframe specified on the deposit screen.
Depositing EUR by SWIFTIf you're located outside of the SEPA zone, you can still deposit EUR using the SWIFT transfer option. You won't be asked to link your IBAN using this method. You will next be presented with Coinmetro's bank details* and a Compulsory Reference. This reference must be entered when making the payment from your banking app so that we can assign the incoming funds to your Coinmetro account. You now need to send your funds from your banking app or online banking account to these details. This information can be entered in seconds by clicking on the Copy symbol pictured below, and then by pasting the information into your banking app. Once all of the information has been entered and the payment has been sent, the funds will arrive in your Coinmetro account within the timeframe that was specified on the deposit screen. *Please note that our EUR SWIFT banking details have recently been updated, so please ensure that you double-check our account details before initiating your transaction.
