How to Login to Your Coinmetro Account

Logging into your Coinmetro account is simple and takes only a few seconds. Here's how to get started.

📱 How to Login to Coinmetro on the Mobile App

1. First, you'll need to download the Coinmetro mobile app:

   •  Download for iOS - App Store

   •  Download for Android - Google Play
2. Once downloaded, open the app and tap on "Login to Coinmetro"
3. Enter your account credentials to log in to your account.

💻 How to Login to Coinmetro on Web

1. Go to the Coinmetro Website https://coinmetro.com/
2. Click on "Login" in the upper-right
3. Enter your account credentials to log in to your account.

Note: You can choose to stay signed in for a week by ticking the "Stay signed in for a week" box.

2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If 2FA has been set up on your account, you'll be required to enter your one-time 6-digit code. We recommend all Coinmetro users activate 2FA on their accounts. How to Activate 2FA

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If SSO has been activated for your account, you can sign in just a few seconds by selecting either "Sign in with Facebook" or "Sign in with Google". If you're using the iOS app, you can also sign in with Apple. How to Enable SSO

If you can't remember the password to your Coinmetro account, don't worry. You can recover your password in just a few simple steps.

• On the login screen, select "Forgot Password?"
• Enter the email address registered to your Coinmetro account
• Select "Send Instructions" if you're on the app, or "Send Email" on web to receive the password recovery email
• Follow the steps in the email to recover your password.
