How to Withdraw USD (US Dollars) From Your Coinmetro Business Account

You can now deposit and withdraw US Dollars (USD) if you have a Coinmetro business account. Please note that this process is not currently automated and can only be done manually, so you will need to contact our customer support team to request your USD deposit or withdrawal.

Please note that USD withdrawals are not currently available for personal Coinmetro accounts.

3. Once all details have been provided, we will process your withdrawal and inform you once the transaction has been completed.

What are the fees?

We charge a fixed fee of $40 for depositing amounts up to $200,000. For amounts over this, the fee charged will be 0.02% of the transaction amount. Please note that Levels discounts do not apply to USD deposits and withdrawals.

How long will it take for my withdrawal to process?

It can take up to a maximum of two business days for the funds to reach your bank once leaving your Coinmetro account.

What is the minimum amount of USD I can withdraw?

Since we charge a minimum transaction fee of $40, the minimum amount of USD you can withdraw is $41.
