You can now deposit and withdraw USD if you have a Coinmetro business account. Please note that this process is not currently automated and can only be done manually, so you will need to contact our customer support team to request your deposit or withdrawal.
Please note that USD deposits are not currently available for personal Coinmetro accounts.
How to Deposit USD to Your Business Account
- Please contact our customer support team by email at hello@coinmetro.com informing us you would like to make a USD deposit.
- You will then be provided with our USD banking details.
- Once the payment has been sent, you will be asked to provide us with a proof of payment document (a bank statement or transfer receipt).
- Once we have located the deposit, it will be assigned to your account.
Important
Only send funds from a bank account under the name company name as your Coinmetro account. Payments from third parties will be returned at your expense. It is COMPULSORY to input your reference.

What are the fees?
We charge a fixed fee of $40 for withdrawing amounts up to $200,000. For amounts over this, the fee charged will be 0.02% of the transaction amount. Please note that Levels discounts do not apply to USD deposits and withdrawals.
How long will it take for my deposit to process?
It can take up to a maximum of two business days for the funds to reach us from your bank.
What is the minimum amount of USD I can deposit?
Since we charge a minimum transaction fee of $40, the minimum amount of USD you can deposit is $41.
