If you have a Coinmetro business account, you can deposit USD in just a few simple steps. Please note that if choosing the Domestic Wire method, this process is not currently automated and can only be done manually, so you will need to contact our customer support team to request your deposit or withdrawal.
Here's how you can get started with your USD deposit:
🏦 How to Deposit USD via Domestic Wire
1. Please contact our customer support team by email at hello@coinmetro.com informing us you would like to make a USD deposit
2. You will then be provided with our USD domestic wire banking details
3. Once the payment has been sent, you'll be asked to provide us with a proof of payment document (a bank statement or transfer receipt)
4. Once we've located the funds, the deposit will be assigned to your Coinmetro account. You'll receive an email informing you of this.
💳 How to Deposit USD Using a Credit or Debit Card
Please note that card deposits are currently only available using the Coinmetro mobile app.
📱 On the Coinmetro Mobile App
1. After selecting your fiat currency, tap the "Credit Card" payment method. If you haven't made a card deposit before, you'll be prompted to add a new card. Simply enter the card details and tap "Add Card" to continue.
If you've previously deposited by card, you'll have the option to either add a new card or select a previously saved card.
2. Enter the amount you want to deposit and tap "Confirm". You'll then be redirected to our card payment processor to complete the payment.
Note: For additional security purposes, you may be required to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) provided by your bank to verify the transaction.
📱How to Deposit USD Using Apple Pay or Google Pay
Please note that Apple Pay or Google Pay deposits are currently only available on the Coinmetro mobile app.

Only send funds from a bank account under the same company name as your Coinmetro account. Payments from personal bank accounts or third parties will be returned at your expense. It is COMPULSORY to input your reference.

💸 What are the fees?
Domestic Wire:
We charge a fixed fee of $40 for withdrawing amounts up to $200,000. For amounts over this, the fee charged will be 0.02% of the transaction amount. Please note that Levels discounts do not apply to USD deposits and withdrawals.
Credit or Debit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay:
We charge a flat 1.99% fee for users in Levels 0-2, or a 0% fee (free) for users in Levels 3-8.

Domestic Wire:
It can take up to a maximum of two business days for the funds to reach us from your bank.
Credit or Debit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay:
Credit and debit card deposits are typically instant, though they might take a few minutes to reflect in your account. Fast and hassle-free!
💰 What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
Domestic Wire:
Since we charge a minimum transaction fee of $40, the minimum amount of USD you can deposit is $41.
Credit or Debit Card/Apple Pay/Google Pay:
The minimum amount you can deposit is 10 USD.
