What is Levels?

Levels is our new loyalty system that rewards you for trading on our platform. Every user assigned to a Level will receive specific benefits corresponding to that Level, which is determined by points. This initiative replaces our XCM Tiers and Rebates program, adjusting fees accordingly, and is designed to be accessible and rewarding for both new and experienced traders.

By being part of a Level, you can take advantage of the following perks and benefits when using Coinmetro:

• FREE Monthly Swap - Get one free swap every 30 days to ensure your portfolio stays dynamic. Valid for Swaps with a volume of under 100 EUR or equivalent only.
• Discounted trading fees - Get up to 105% off Maker fees and 70% off Taker fees.
• Discounts on Credit Card Deposit fees - Get a 1% decrease on instant credit card deposits.
• Reduced maximum fiat withdrawal fee - Take advantage of reduced withdrawal fees when using the EUR SEPA or GBP Faster Payments withdrawal methods.
• Priority Customer Support - Get access to your own dedicated priority support, on hand to assist you with any concerns.

How can I earn points and level up?

Each time you trade on Coinmetro, using either the Swap Widget, Exchange, or Margin, you'll accumulate a certain number of points which is reflected on the Levels page. Once you have earned above a certain threshold of points, you'll be automatically placed into a Level.

Points are calculated as follows:

• Every 1 EUR (or equivalent) generated in volume on the Exchange = 1 point
• Every 1 EUR (or equivalent) generated in volume on Margin = 1 point
• Every 1 EUR (or equivalent) traded on the Swap widget = 2 points.

Example: A trade made on the Exchange with a volume of 50 EUR would mean that 50 points would be earned, and a trade made on the Swap widget with a volume of 50 EUR would mean that 100 points would be earned.

How many points do I need for each level?

Your Level is determined by the number of points you have on your account. The amount of points required for each Level is as follows:

Note: When entering a new level, a 1-minute delay may occur before this is reflected on your account. A maximum amount of 100,000,000 total points can be earned. 

What is Daily Points Decay?

Don't let your points run out! Daily Points Decay is a feature designed to keep you motivated and engaged. Points will be deducted daily based on your Level, so make sure you stay active and keep earning! On average, it takes 90 days to drop one full level.

As your Level increases, so does the daily points decay rate. But don't worry, the more you stay engaged with the Coinmetro platform, the more points you'll accrue! 

Boost your points by Staking XCM

Our XCM Boost feature allows you to boost your number of points even further by simply Staking XCM! A points multiplier is activated for all users who have an active XCM staking plan, allowing you to unlock even greater rewards effortlessly.

What if I already had an active XCM staking plan?

If you already had an active XCM staking plan before the launch of Levels, don't worry. The points multiplier will have already been activated on your account automatically and will remain until the staking plan is closed.

What will happen to my rebates if they haven't been claimed?

Don't worry if you had rebates which had not yet been claimed before the launch of Levels as these will be safely deposited back into your Coinmetro account wallet within 2 weeks of the transition.
