Withdrawals can only be cancelled if they are still in Pending status and have not yet been processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and has left our side, it is no longer possible for us to cancel or reverse the transaction.
How to Cancel a Withdrawal
The method of cancelling your withdrawal may be different depending on which version of Coinmetro you are using.
You can cancel a withdrawal from your Coinmetro Wallet if you're using a desktop or mobile browser, or from the Assets page if you're using the Mobile app.

1. From the Wallets page, scroll down until you find your most recent transactions under My Wallets. 2. Click on the transaction you want to cancel. 3. Click Cancel to cancel the withdrawal.

1. Tap on "Assets" 2. Tap on the History symbol in the upper right-hand corner. 3. Find the transaction you want to cancel and tap on it. 4. Tap Cancel to cancel the withdrawal.
