How can I update my Personal Information?

If you need to update your name, address, or any other personal information on your Coinmetro account, please contact our 24/7 customer support team with the following information:

To update your name

Please send us an email at hello@coinmetro.com with the details and reasoning for the name change.

To update your email address

If you want to change your account email, please forward the following details to hello@coinmetro.com:

1. Your full name and registered residential address
2. The phone number you registered in our system
3. A selfie picture of yourself holding a valid ID (preferably the one you used to verify your account), and a pen-written note with the words “Coinmetro email change", your email address, the new email address, and today's date. Please ensure that you are holding both the note and your ID in the selfie
4. The new email address.

Please note that due to security reasons, we can only consider email address change requests sent via email. 

To update your address

To update your address, you'll need to provide us with a proof of address document. Please email us at hello@coinmetro.com where we will provide you with a secure link to upload your document.
