If you need to change or update your residential address on your Coinmetro account, you will need to do this by contacting our customer support team.

Please email us at hello@coinmetro.com stating that you need to update your address, and with one of the following documents:

  • A bank statement dated within the past 3 months;

  • A utility bill dated within the past 3 months;

  • An income tax letter dated within the past year;

  • An active lease/rent agreement.

Once we have received your information and this has been approved by our compliance team, we can then update your address for you from our side.
