If you need to change or update your residential address on your Coinmetro account, you will need to do this by emailing our customer support team at hello@coinmetro.com from your registered email address.

Please ensure that the email states that you need to update your residential address, and include one of the following documents as proof of your address:

  • a single bank statement dated within the past 3 months in your name;

  • a single utility bill dated within the past 3 months in your name;

  • an income tax letter dated within the past year;

  • an active lease/rent agreement

  • a living permit.

Once we have received your information and this has been approved by our compliance team, we can then update your address for you from our side.
