Staying safe this holiday season 🎄

While we're all merry celebrating Christmas it's important to stay safe online. As is typical at this time of year we're seeing increased levels of fraudulent activity on CoinMetro 🕵️‍♀️

Handy tips for staying safe online

  • Never create an account on behalf of someone else. This goes against the terms and conditions of CoinMetro and will lead to your account getting banned and possibly legal action.

  • Never share your log in credentials with anyone for any reason. It is against the terms and conditions of the platform to allow use of your account by a 3rd party.

  • Never send of share photos of your id documents with people you do not trust. Identity theft is a common crime online and should be avoided. If in doubt, do not hand over the documents.

  • Never trust anyone that offers to help you with trading tips by gaining access to your account. Any trading advice can be shared and never share your log in details for your CoinMetro account.
