We accept deposits from joint accounts; however, as Coinmetro is a secure and regulated exchange, we will require documentary evidence to prove joint account ownership.

Upon receiving the deposit from your joint account, our Finance or Customer Support team will reach out to you via email and kindly request for you to submit proof of a joint account bank statement that shows both account holders’ names, all relevant bank details and the bank’s logo/signature.

The deposit will be credited to your Coinmetro account upon successful review by the finance team.
