You will find the chat bubble on the lower right part of your screen if using the web browser or on the lower left part of your phone screen if on mobile. Click on that and you will see a text box where you can type your questions or certain key words. At the bottom of the small pop up screen there is a button named “See more results” if you’d like to see other help center articles related to your question.
