Firstly, our Compliance and Legal Departments will review your account to see if there are any balances, pending withdrawals, or other unresolved issues that would need your attention in order to process your request to delete your account.

It is important to note that according to the requirements of § 47 (1) of the Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act, the information and documents that you have provided to us that were necessary for your identification and establishment of our business relationship with you, will be preserved by us for 5 years after we close your account. However, we will keep this data and those documents confidential and will destroy them after the end of the said period.

Your account closure request should be resolved within 30 days of receipt and an email will be sent to you to confirm this; however, if we require more time, we will immediately notify you via email as well. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to know more about our data protection practices and policies.

Right to Erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)
