If you would like to change your account email, please forward the following details to hello@coinmetro.com from your registered email:

  • Your full name & registered residential address.
  • The phone number you registered in our system.
  • A selfie picture with both your valid ID, and a pen (not marker) written note which has “CoinMetro” and the current date on it.
  • Your new email address.

Once we've received your email, our Compliance team will review your information and update your account. Procedures are in place to ensure the safety of your account and funds, however, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause during the process.
