If you need to regain access to your CoinMetro account and have lost the 2FA access, please read this carefully.

If you have the authenticator App on a different device than the one you are logging in with, please, ensure that the time or clocks in the two are synced between them.

If you use the Google Authenticator App you can also:

Open the main menu in the Google Authenticator app.
>Tap Settings.
>Tap Time correction for codes.
>Tap Sync now.

If you use the Authy App or any other App that has a Google Chrome explorer extension, you could install the extension to synchronize them again.

Should all of these fail, and since this is a security related issue:

Please forward the following details to hello@coinmetro.com from your registered e-mail:

  • A selfie style picture with a valid ID, and a pen written note with the words “CoinMetro” and "the current date" written on it.
  • Your account registered residential address.
  • The phone number that you recorded in the system.

You can send us this information only through your registered e-mail.
Send it to us at hello@coinmetro.com to start processing right away.
