2FA secures your account using unique, one-time generated codes. To add this to your account, an app, such as Google Authenticator or Authy, is required.
Authy Google Authenticator
To enable 2FA:
From the Dashboard, click your Username and select Account > Security.
Under the Two Factor Authentication section, Press Show QR Code.
Select the actions that must be authorized with a 2FA code. This can be changed later without having to redo the steps.
Open your Authy or Google Authenticator app, and Add New Account, which will allow you to scan a barcode or a provided key. It's easiest to scan the barcode, but the key can be manually entered.
Once the account is added to your app, press Verify your TOTP, and enter the code that is generated inside your app. It should now say 2FA enabled.
Please make sure to save the barcode and the provided key, this is necessary for recovery.
To move your 2FA from one device to another:
From the Dashboard, click the Menu and select Settings.
Disable each of the actions that are enabled, this will require entering a 2FA generated code from your old device.
If you have lost your old device, you need to scan your previously generated barcode or input the generated key (the backup), on your new device. This will allow you to access your account from the new device.
Once each action is disabled, press Show QR code and simply follow the To enable 2FA instructions, that is, on your new device.
