When logging in to your account via the mobile app for the first time, the device must be authorized in order to access your account. This can be done via a PC or mobile web browser.
From the Dashboard, click your Username and select Security. At the bottom of the screen, under Device Management Section, you can authorize the new device.
Once the app has been authorised, you will be able to access the CoinMetro platform from your mobile device on the go!
